Daniel Ortega Bowen
Daniel graduated with a First Class Honours in his Master of Osteopathy degree from Swansea University, which is ranked first in the UK for complementary medicine. In his formative years as an osteopath, he treated a wide variety of patients in the Swansea Health & Wellbeing Academy, and also in an NHS GP’s surgery.
Daniel’s up-to-date knowledge of osteopathic practice informs his style of treatment and patient management. He will ask a series of questions to explore the root cause of the problem and to understand his patient’s goals. Daniel then combines ‘hands-on’ techniques with tailored exercise prescription and lifestyle advice to help his patients feel better and move in the right direction to achieve their personal goals. He has also qualified in Medical Acupuncture and can draw on this knowledge to further benefit his patients.
Daniel believes that everyone can benefit significantly from osteopathy. He is keen to help patients with all types of ailments, whether they be work, sport or posture-related. Daniel also likes to focus on helping patients manage persistent long-term conditions, and to help patients rehabilitate from injury or surgery.
