Louise Alexander
Louise is an experienced osteopath, graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy with Honours. She enjoys working with a wide range of patients from babies to the elderly, from the sporty to the inactive. Louise believes that keeping the body working well can help improve physical, mental and general health. She aims to ease tissues towards better function via a variety of treatment techniques ranging from stronger mechanical, rhythmical, inhibition work to more gentle cranial, visceral and functional approaches. Which modalities she selects depends on what your body needs and responds to best. Each individual patient experiences a tailored approach to match their unique requirements.
When not in clinic, she is usually looking after her 3 lively, affectionate children. If she has any quiet moments, she likes to read, practice yoga and do some crafting.
